My name is Yukie. I am an English teacher and a mother of three grown-up children. While I was teaching Japanese culture in schools in Canada and the US, I managed to make Japanese dishes with very limited Japanese seasonings available in those countries. I'd like to share with you some of these recipes that you can use even after returning to your own countries. As a home cook for nearly 30 years, I'm looking forward to sharing with you the methods for preparing quick and delicious authentic home-made Japanese food. We'll meet at Korien Station, which is located right in between Osaka Station and Kyoto Station and takes only about 30 minutes either way. I will come pick you up by my car ! If you will be traveling by the JR, I can also pick you up at JR Hoshida Station. Then we'll cook at my home, a cozy Japanese family house where I live with my family.
