The best way to start your day! 8:20 AM: Meet 5-10 minutes prior to start time at or near the trailhead. 8:30 AM - 11:00 AM: Hike an easy-moderate trail then admire the waterfall and enjoy a guided meditation. Flow through 60-75 minutes of yoga customized to your skill level & experience. You're welcome to bring your phone/camera or totally disconnect from technology since we'll take plenty of pictures along the way to help you remember this special experience! I grew up right here in the Carolinas and did my yoga teacher training in India. I started leading yoga hikes in the Appalachian Mountains in 2017 after volunteering and traveling around the world and hiking parts of the Himalayas, the Alps and the Andes. My friends and I are a collective of fun, friendly & experienced Asheville area yoga teachers. We can't wait to show you our favorite hidden waterfall and create a special space for you to relax, refresh and revive your body and mind. We love sharing what we have learned about yoga and meditation as well as information about the history, plants, animals and other trails and things to do in the area. I'm super passionate about conservation so part of the cost includes trees donated on your behalf via onetreeplanted.org to offset our carbon emissions and support global reforestation.

Out of the hundreds of waterfalls in Western North Carolina, this one is my favorite! The trail and the experience is great for all skill levels including beginners. We provide mats and take pictures for free.

최대 10명, 만 18세 이상만 참석 가능 You can be a beginner but it is recommended to have some prior yoga experience. You should also be able to walk 2-3 miles sometimes at a slight incline. Trails are easy-moderate.
