Hikes are 3-4 hours in the Boulder Foothills, depending on the group's pace. See "notes" for group discounts. We'll get to know each other & the hike. Then we'll practice to get present and grounded. We'll hike in silence for about 15-20 minutes before debriefing "getting present," and I'll offer the next theme/practice, such as 'using our 5 senses.' The first half of the hike will be primarily…

weather-appropriate clothes and layers (preferably non-cotton, wicking shirt / shorts, rain/wind gear if weather advises)
water (about 2 liters)

camera/phone - optional (some areas will not have cell reception)

sneakers or hiking boots (if higher elevation gain) - no open toed shoes
