I'll meet you outside Baltimore's historic Cross Street Market. We will do quick introductions and then be on our 5.5-mile run - in which I will take you down and around the harbor and out to Fort McHenry - which gained its fame during the War of 1812. We will then wind our way back through Locust Point and Federal Hill neighborhoods. Come hydrated and ready for a nice 5.5-mile run around…

기타 참고사항

This experience is for active visitors to the city (or new to the area) who WANT to run 5.5-miles around Baltimore. The terrain is mostly flat. We can run between 8.5-12-minute miles.

We will end the run with breakfast at a local restuarant.. Snacks for the run! Please let me know if you have any dietary restrictions or preferences. . Please let me know if you have any dietary restrictions.
Equipment
First aid I will bring Band-Aids and antibiotic ointment in case of any scrapes or blisters.

준비물

If you like to run with water or sports drink, please bring it with you.
Please wear comfortable running apparel, socks, tennis shoes. Dress for the weather - rain or shine. You may need a hat and/or sunscreen.
