Our experience is ideal for you, if you feel that you do not rest well at night, or if you want to improve the quality of your sleep and energize your life.

You will discover why sleep is vital to our lives, our health, and our happiness, and also you will learn to apply very easy techniques that will help you have a wonderful sleep. In addition, you will learn what happens in your body when you sleep, how the circadian cycle works, and what are the main sleep disruptors of your sleep.

You will also learn the importance of having a nighttime routine to train your brain to know when it is bedtime; as well as a morning routine as a tool to start the day calmly and reset your biological clock.

Our magical experience includes:

• Initial self-assessment
• Identifying your main sleep disruptors
• Magical night ritual exercise to induce sleep.
• Magical morning ritual exercise to sleep better.
• Mental enchantment visualization exercises
• Magic Breathing
• Relaxation before bedtime

By completing this experience, you will have many practical tools that you can start deploying wherever you live and you will also receive an e-book with all the rituals and a mini recipe book that will help you have a magical sleep.

Gloria is an Amazing host with lots of knowledge about neuro science of sleep. And she teaches you how to deal with your own sleep. And how to make it high quality. The experience is very therapeutic. And it is making you connected with the idea that your sleep can be enhanced. Anyone attending would be sleeping like a baby.
