Come join me as we meander through one of Cape Towns most magical forests while soaking in the very essence and energy of the trees, springs and mountain through the gentle art of Qigong. This is a great opportunity to balance your mind and emotions, connect to self, while enjoying the natural beauty that is unique to Cape Town. The walk is relatively easy with 2-3 stops along the way so no specific level of fitness is required. Looking forward to seeing you there!
My love and passion for the last 17 years has been QiGong, Life Coaching, NLP and various other self development practices which have led me to develop EnerQi. I left my corporate background in pursuit of a life where I could enable others to make sustainable shifts in realising and expressing their wholeness. I have had the opportunity to personally use and teach these methods to private students, rehabs, corporates and a variety of conscious events. As a result I have decided to make this my life pursuit because of the impact and change it’s had on the lives of others.
If you enjoy the outdoors, and you are in Cape Town, you will enjoy hiking in Newlands Forest. Nestled at the foot of Table Mountain, there are several wonderful hiking trails through magical forests and spectacular mountain views. You can pick your gradient by the track you choose and there are lots of great spots to sit down and take a breath. Parts of the walk can require crossing rivers and climbing over rocks so wear good walking shoes.
