Visiting a new place, though exciting, can be hectic and at times overwhelming. I offer a respite from the stresses of the day with relaxing, stretching yoga and healing guided meditation experience. This is a small group session, for no more than 3. Interested in a private session? Guests can book a private group by buying out an existing instance. Check out the private groups link. In addition to my regular yin practice, I can include chakras balance or emotional cleansing. Just let me know and I will add according to your specific interests. My yoga practice is mainly on the floor long-held yoga poses for relaxation, stretching, and breathwork. We spend time with deep yoga poses and then find relaxation for a 45 minute guided meditation/visualization session. I will record the mediation as I speak and you will have a personally guided meditation mp3 to take with you to listen to again and again. If you are interested in knowing more about your energy flow in the moment, ask about picking an oracle card before or after the session.
I created Healing With Diane as a quiet healing spot in my apartment, right in the middle of a busy city street. 8 years as a Somerville yoga and meditation teacher, my passion is guiding meditation, breathwork, chakra clearing and emotional release. A seasoned Harvard-Trained Lawyer, conflict facilitator and mediator, I use all of my education, training and skills to inspire self-healing. Using yoga, meditation and process-oriented inner awareness techniques (as requested), I teach ways to release emotions as they arise, and to unfold stuck emotions to discover the gifts they conceal.

You will come to Healing With Diane in the middle of Somerville on Somerville Ave. I will greet you at the downstairs outside door and guide you up to my 3rd floor apartment overlooking Somerville Ave. Here in the heart of the city, I've created a healing place where you can relax for a few hours, talk with me and I will guide you on a Yoga and meditation journey aimed at helping you relax and begin to heal you from the inside out.
