Guests will be welcomed with a hot Ayurvedic Tea to awaken the senses. We will start the session by doing some conscious breathing exercises to clear the mind space, followed by Sound Bath using Bells to centre the consciousness. We will practice some gentle asanas/yogic poses which can be easily learned & practiced by you everyday for the rest of your life. I will also be discussing the benefits of each asana or yogic pose. Post this, we will do the very beneficial Surya Namaskar or Sun Salutation & discuss its importance in our fast paced lives. The session will be wrapped up by doing a relaxing guided mediation. After this, healthy wholesome Indian Breakfast based on the Ayurveda principles will be served. During this we will discuss the Ayurveda way of eating & diet. All this will be done in my beautiful lush green backyard garden. Printed handouts about the yoga asanas discussed during the class will be given.

The whole experience will be conducted in my beautiful lush green backyard garden. My home is walking distance from the closest Metro Station (Azadpur) on the Yellow Line of Delhi Metro. It is also close to the very famous Old Delhi Markets.
