During my cooking class, you will be able to immediately immerse yourself in a familiar and informal atmosphere, also thanks to the warm and welcoming ways of Mamma Nora. Before you know it, you will find yourself with an apron around your neck and ready to be part of her kitchen! After a welcome toast with a good glass of wine, we will begin our interactive cooking class. You will discover and learn the secrets of homemade pasta (Ravioli), how to prepare a good savory sauce (Butter and sage) to accompany it and make one of the most famous Italian desserts known all over the world : Tiramisu. Of course the menu can change according to guests's requests. We will cook together using mainly our all organic products, starting from the eggs of my hens. we will use flours of ancient Tuscan grains and above all we will cook with seasonal vegetables as they did in the past. We will use the outdoor kitchen, under the country porch of my house that overlooks the garden. We will visit the garden to pick up some herbs, and for the brave ones, there will be a visit to our chicken coop! Once finished working, we will set the table and we will finally enjoy our wonderfully prepared meals.

I am a food lover and a passionate cook. I have always enjoyed welcoming friends and guests at my big table. I was raised on a farm, in the country side of Siena, where women were always in charge of the kitchen and knew how to prepare incredible meals. It is mainly thanks to my family and my Mom that I fell in love with food and cooking became a great passion. I had experiences in some restaurants in Siena and worked in an Hotel as chef for 2 years. I do prefer cooking with organic products, most of them coming from my garden...They taste so good! Moreover, my granfather had a restaurant for about 20 years (it was 1969 when he opened it) nearby Siena. All my aunties are chef... I couldn't become a dancer! We will cook and eat in a typical Tuscan farmhouse from the early 1900s, just 6 km south of the beautiful city of Siena. In the summer, we will use the outdoor kitchen, located under the tuscan porch overlooking the garden and enjoy a festive and cheerful atmosphere. For those who wish there will be an opportunity to visit the vegetable gardens and the chicken coop.
