Veronica has been hosting guests in the past eight years in her homey B&B and have seen countless tourists who have been drawn to Tai O by its reputation only to exhaust themselves with a lengthy to-do list yet little sinks in consequently. Shrimp paste, howsoever an acquired taste for many people, distinguishes Tai O cooking and the special aroma defines this traditional fishing village. A home cook herself, Veronica would like to share a local culinary know-how, enriching one's palates with an uncommon flavour and hopefully sending one home with an unparalleled Tai O experience.
