We'll meet at the Roundhouse Restaurant and walk to the sloping fields of the Glen to practice Ishta Yoga. This form of yoga helps balance the energies of the body preparing to introduce breathing and meditation techniques in the silent presence of the mountains. Enjoy a silent walk to picnic on the beautiful green lawns of the Roundhouse restaurant with it's unique views and special history
