Open for groups of 6 or two families. We are a Covid secure venue with all necessary requirements in place.
I will meet and greet you when you arrive at the centre. After a very informal chat, I will run through the activity and will explain all the necessary safety procedures in place.
We have a range of bows suitable for left or right handed archers. Each member will begin at a 5 metre distance from the target until they are deemed ready, by me, to move back to the 10 metre line. Once they have mastered this distance we will move to the final distance of 15 metres.
During your session we will play a number of archery competitions to see who will be the hotshot of the day. We may even end with you shooting some balloons.

I am a family man with wife and three kids. Living in a newly renovated barn conversion, situated on our family farm, with spectacular views of the Herefordshire countryside and the Black Mountains. My interests include sport & outdoor pursuits. Setup my own business (Battlelands Paintball) in 2012 and have been running activities for over 10 years. I tried archery for the first time back in 2016, got completely hooked and went out and bought a bow the next day. I can't recommend the activity enough and I will be on hand throughout to make sure the experience is the best it can possibly be.

The experience takes place outdoors in our Viking Games arena at Battlelands Paintball. With amazing views in every direction.

What an absolutely brilliant experience. Kevin created us at the car park, ensured we were Covid safe during the whole activity and was a super host throughout the event. My daughter and I loved the Archery and Kevin was kind enough to let us have my puppy on site for a walk around his land.

My partner and I went for some archery, laser clay pigeon shooting and axe throwing. Kevin was wonderful in explaining how to do each activity and even though I kept messing up, I wasn't made to feel silly about it. He was engaging, friendly and fun to be around. He was also very conscious about safety measures regarding COVID, which was a relief. I'd definitely book again if I'm back in the area. It was a real fun experience, even if I did ache the next day!
