You will experience a professional wine tasting with great wines picked from my connoisseur cellar followed by a sensorial lunch or dinner. One by one, you'll sample six different wines from the most important vineyards of the world, and I'll tell you about their smell, taste, and their terroir and producers helped by some maps, images, and my true passion. After the tasting, we'll follow with a four-course dinner, or lunch, prepared in my contemporary Tuscan kitchen, where you can observe and ask me about the preparations. The atmosphere will be like home because we'll be in my little and charming home. For our meal, I will use the same wines that we used for the tasting. They will marry with the dishes and give us another side of their expression with the food, the time, and the little change in temperature. I'll also have an available room for a couple, if you'd like to stay for the night.
I live in a wonderful region where wines, extra virgin olive oil, food, and art are all part of my real lifestyle. I want to share this with people who love to learn about the incredible world of high-level gastronomy. My professional background comes from my family's restaurant in Tuscany. This was followed by great experiences in the best restaurants of Italy and Paris, where I was both chef and maître. In the last years, I've worked in the wine field for the Ruffino and Folonari families and for the importer Vino e Design creating my special burgundy project called Finages di Borgogna.
