We will go to a park, and have an introduction to a tai chi session. If you always wanted to try and never had the time, what better time to do this on your holidays and get rid of tiredness, jetlag and stress? After the session if there is time, we will sit and relax, connect, discuss, and learn about the body, the city, and the elements. We'll go to Frederiksberg Gardens, where there is a view of a castle in a beautiful landscape filled with fauna, flora, lakes, a pavilion, and much more. We'll have a Bowtech (Bowen Technique) session to relieve chronic pain, alleviate spirits, and increase mobility. This is one of the best way to relax, rest, and renew a traveler, creating a wonderful experience. I am a certified Bowtech therapist, and in reflexology, with experience in meditation sessions. My co-host Thomas is Danish, and a tai-chi practitioner with 10 years of experience. Suffering from epilepsy, as a child, Tai Chi helped him lower his attacks from 3 a day to one every two months. We met and he helped me renew and protect myself after my sessions with patients, and I took away a 30 year old back pain. We decided to work together for this set up, offering a chance to connect with a dane, and try a new activity that will probably stay with you for life, with the park as a setup and background. Tai-chi is perfect to bring you back to the core of yourself and start your holidays, with a spring in your step.

I will show you my favorite thing in the garden: the pacifier tree. Parents come and hang their baby pacifiers on the tree when they are old enough. After visiting the garden and all it has to show and offer, we will choose a spot to have for our session. Opposite the garden are several restaurants and cafes with terraces that will welcome hungry patrons.

It is imperative to drink a lot of water the day before, and to wear comfortable clothes. If you have difficulty reaching the park, and there are no other guests, I'll meet you at the central station.
