WELCOME TO JAPANESE COOKING

If you’ve always had an interest in Japanese cuisine, and wondered how you can reproduce some of the Japanese dishes you’ve had before, come join us at my cooking class, you’ll learn to cook Osaka stir-fried noodles in a normal fry pan.

1. Osaka Stir-Fried noodles
PRICE for per person: 2,000 yen (About US$20)

Duration: 1.25 hours

NOTE:
*The complete ingredient list will be sent to you after booking automatically.
*Osaka stir-fried noodle will be normally cooked with slices pork belly, or squid here in Osaka, but you can choose favorite ingredients like fried tofu, mushroom, chicken, or prawn instead.
*If your team is larger than the maximum number, please send me a message.

Hi I’m Terumi. I was born and grown up in Osaka, Japan. My love for food started from very young age. After living in US, and traveling around overseas, I got even more obsessed with international cuisines. So I launched my International Cooking Class in 2008.

And also I launched my tea ceremony and cooking experiences through some platforms since a few years ago. The more I exposed to workshop host, the stronger I designed to share enjoyments and diversities with my guests through local tours. It was awesome!! Me being a casually lost American I had no idea what was going on but the Chef hmu with the whisk and squid and I became an Japanese cuisine expert in the kitchen haha.

Not only I have learned how to make Yakisoba noodle, but useful cooking tips. To see her room tour with traditional Japanese objects was a plus! Terumi is very professional!

Terumi was a great instructor! She was patient and more than willing to answer any questions I had. She also provided great information about Japanese food culture. The noodles came out delicious! I will definitely be making this recipe again. I highly recommend taking this class with Terumi.

Terumi-san was great! She was very kind and patient, willing to help me with each step and walk me through each one individually. She even showed me around her beautiful home - and even gave me a view of the skyline she could see from her balcony. I also got to learn a few words of Japanese while cooking along with her. She also had two separate cameras set up - so I could see her exact process through each step with the dish, allowing me to make a great meal.
