프로그램

お餅の作り方をお伝えしながら、お餅を使ったレシピを2品作ります。誰でも簡単に楽しく、和菓子づくりを楽しめます。

- いちご大福(いちご以外のフルーツでもOKです)又は お餅アイス(アイスクリームはお好みのものをご用意ください)
- 三色団子(お団子に色をつけます)
大福は2個作りますので、材料が手に入る方はいちご大福とお餅アイスの両方を1個ずつ作ってもOKです!

お餅は食べても美味しい、こねて作る工程も楽しいので、この体験を通して和菓子への興味が広がってくれると嬉しいです!
一緒に会話を楽しみながら美味しい和菓子をつくりましょう。

こちらの体験は大人数のグループレッスンや会社・団体のチームビルディングなどに最適です。カレンダーにない日にちのリクエストもお受けしています。

This was my second class with Miyuki and it was as amazing as the first, if not better. I have wanted to learn to make mochi and daifuku for a long time. I tried making these a few years ago by myself and made a complete sticky mess. At the end of todays class I had made Dango, Strawberry Daifuku and Mochi Ice Cream. All turned out really well and tasted delicious! This was something I needed guidance to learn how to make and Miyuki makes it so easy to follow along. She is so supportive and patient and freely shares her vast knowledge and skills. I also loved the insight and history of mochi in the Japanese culture that Miyuki shared at the beginning of the class. This class is a real cultural experience with great skills learnt. I am now confident to make mochi on my own and am excited to experiment with some new fillings for daifuku and mochi ice cream. I will definitely be looking at some of the other classes that Miyuki offers. Thank you so much for a wonderful morning.

Miyuki was so kind and welcoming. I loved getting more background and history about her, her home country, and Mochi! It was so easy and fun but definitely would have been hard to figure out on my own. Her knowledge and organization on her website were key. I will definitely be sharing lots of Mochi with friends!!

My husband and I loved making mochi with Miyuki. They may not have looked perfect but we achieved three different types during the class and they tasted delicious - just like we've had in Japanese restaurants! Miyuki was very patient and took us through step by step. I feel confident we can now make these on our own. Miyuki shared special cooking tips as well as information about Japanese life and culture, which we really enjoyed. I'm keen to try some of her other online classes and would love to do in-person classes when we can travel to Japan again.

What a special experience! I did this class with a couple close friends and my mom, who were all in different locations from me. We had such a good time together. Miyuki was so patient and such a great storyteller. We learned so much and I personally can’t wait to take another class with her. A really special and delicious way to spend an evening! This was a great experience! My partner and I took this class with a friend and her mother virtually, and it was so much fun. I didn't know what to expect, but it was worth it. Very simple instructions, so it's not too tricky, but Miyuki spends time with each participant to make sure they're on track. Miyuki was a great teacher and storyteller. I highly suggest this class.

Miyuki made the delicate mochi easy to make. I also learned a lot about the history and culture of Japan through this online experience. Dango and Daifuku came out delicious!
