SPECIAL dessert: Tiramisu class on Saturdays under request

How does it work? Just check our calendar, choose your date, and book it!
Once you do, I'll send you a message with all the live streaming info, the full ingredients and tools list (according with the recipe you chose) PLUS some fun extras like wine pairings, Italian music suggestions, and more. Check your group chat and... just wait for your Crazy Pasta Day!

- Large wood cutting board (even a table!) -- counter top is fine if that's all you have
- Rolling pin
- Big Knife with a flat blade -- think large cutting knife or a bread knife
- 2 cups of "00" grade flour or "Doppio Zero" literally means "Double Zero"
- 2 eggs (organic is better for taste)

I learned how to make pasta since I was really young by my grandma, Nonna Nerina... she is the true host and the true protagonist of this story.
She lived her childhood during the second world war, her mum taught her how to feed children with just 2 ingredients: eggs and flour.
Whenever I sat in her kitchen growing up, she’d make pasta while sharing memories of that time. I soon realized my generation was missing something important: not just the handmade pasta technique but an entire tradition passed down through the ages.
I decided to share this gem with the rest of the world.
Over three years, we've hosted more than 5,000 travelers in our kitchen.
And soon other grandmas in our small village decided to be part of this crazy project!
Nonna Angela, Nonna Gio, Nonna Lalla, Nonna Marghe, Nonna Renzia are waiting for you, amore!

We loved this experience so much! Even though we could not physically travel to Italy as we had planned due to the pandemic, Chiara and Nonna brought Italy to us and we had the best time. We will definitely be making this pasta again I would love to do another class with them and learn something else. Grazie mille!!

An amazing experience! Chiara and Nonna were fabulously energetic, kind, and encouraging!! Even though our pasta was not as beautiful as Nonna’s, we learned a lot (and now, we have something to strive for). Would recommend for any duo (friends, couple, or whoever) who is looking to do something different with their evening, anyone who loves food, or anyone who just loves drinking good wine with nice people!
