As you enter this exclusive commercial kitchen space, you will be hit by great dining music and amazing smells.

Upon, sitting in your seat(s) you’ll be given an aperitif to increase your appetite and cleanse the pallet.

Next, we will proceed to go over the menu of the day. While going over the menu, I will also educate the audience on the health benefits and etc. for the experience.

We will then, proceed to work our way through the courses of the day. Every item will be bursting with layers of flavor curtesy of our specialized creole/ American Fusion cuisine.

The meal will range From a special soup or gumbo, to a protein centered course with veggies to a dessert to match the occasion.

All while, creating a friendly and entertaining experience that will be talked about long after!

My name is Theodore Kemp. I am the founder and CEO of Spontaneity Ent. A catering and event curation company specializing in Creole/American fusion cuisine.

I got my start catering as an undergraduate student in New Orleans. Over time, I took the business more seriously by getting a masters in hospitality management and working on my craft at various dining establishments.

All my positions had different specialties from being a commercial bread baker, a cafe cook, short order cook in a grocery, as well as on a food truck.

I learned a ton about presentation working in fine dining in Garde mage. At the top rated luxury restaurant in the south 10 years straight.

These experiences have molded me into a chef that loves to show others how to layer their meals with immense amounts of creole flavor!

Our specialized experience will take place at one of few commercial kitchens allowed for the public to enter in the Indianapolis area.
It is located on the historical street of Central Avenue not far from downtown Indy!

We had an excellent time, not only was the food amazing, but the atmosphere and the personal touches Theodore adds are very appreciated. Not many experiences like this out there!

Great time with Theodore, very knowledgeable, minor tip send out questioner reference customer's palette tolerance. Steak was great, but companion didn't eat beef

My wife and I have been using Airbnb since 2016. We’ve gone over 30 different locations between hers and my account in that time. This was the first time either of us have utilized the local experience option with Airbnb. Theodore was amazing all around. He was easy to talk with, shared his life story and asked about mine. His food was beyond delicious and this experience has made me desire to try more out there. In my opinion his price is to low for what you are getting. I feel blessed to have had this experience and I hope he continues to follow his heart and dreams.

We had a great time and learned some new info about food and culture at this meal. Very warm and inviting atmosphere. Unique. We got to help with some meal prep when we asked to. ☺️ Theodore is very genuine and you can tell he enjoys being in the kitchen with other people.
