I have been practicing yoga for nine years and got my yoga instructor certificate by Yoga Alliance in 2012. I am currently taking training in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). Yoga practice and Buddhism changed my views about the world in a very positive way, I have hugely benefited from it physically and mentally. ( Note that this experience is non-religious) Hong Kong is a stressful and hectic city everyone would benefit from taking this mindfulness, yoga, sharing workshop regularly to remind them the importance of the present moment, build a positive mind and remain sane.

Tamar Park is a beautiful urban park, located at Harcourt Road in Admiralty, adjacent to the Central Government Offices and the Legislative Council with the famous view of Victoria Harbour Hong Kong. Visitors with access to the Central Piers and the Star Ferry Pier via the adjoining Central and Western District Promenade.
