Our yoga class welcomes beginners and students of all levels. The class is always restorative and leaves students with a profound sense of well-being. This class is designed to increase and to rejuvenate body awareness, flexibility, strength, balance, concentration, as well as relaxation. A step-by-step approach to each pose with particular attention to alignment and mindful breathing will be emphasized during this practice. If you are pregnant, menstruating, have injuries or other issues, please inform the teacher to discuss any special needs.
Drinking Water. And Green Energy Smoothie after the class will be served at Sakti Dining Room.
Yoga Mat and Cushion. And free use of swimming pool after or before the class.
I am Mardi Kendall heralds from St. Louis in America, I began yoga as a teenager and has been practicing for 50 years and teaching for 30 in Sydney. I have studied around the world, with iconic teachers including; BKS Lyengar, T. K. V. Desikachar, K. Pattabhi Jois and Simon Borg-Olivier. My classes are known for their playfulness, inclusiveness, their grounded overview of the body and how yoga can be integrated practically into normal life
