프로그램

Start with a moderate hike into the breathtaking Utah mountains where we pass a lake and come to a beautiful clearing where I will guide you through a 50 min yoga and meditation session. You will then have some time to explore and enjoy the peaceful area before we make our way out of the canyon to enjoy the spectacular views of the valley.

The hike is 1.8 miles round trip and about 500 ft of elevation gain. The entire experience should take 2.5-3 hours from start to finish.

I studied yoga and meditation in Rishikesh, India, where I received my 200 hr yoga teacher training certificate. I have been teaching yoga and meditation for over 3 years. In 2017 I started Elevate Corporate Wellness where I teach corporate yoga and meditation. I also host community mindfulness retreats and teach at local studios.

Amazing experience with Holli! She knew a lot about the history of the overlook which was nice for me(not a local). She led a beautiful yoga sesh and made me feel comfortable at any pace during the hike. Gave recommendations for future adventures around the area. Also took great photos! 10/10 would do again.

Holli did a FANTASTIC job of not only doing an awesome yoga session that met our skill level (beginners) but also was incredibly personable and helpful. She also helped us capture some amazing photos. Highly recommend and will certainly be doing this experience again!

The location itself was breathtaking and truly transformational but Holli made this such an incredible experience. She is very warm, inviting, & reassuring, and I would definitely do something like this again if Holli is hosting. I loved it! (remember to bring bug spray haha)

One of the best morning's I've had.. To start the day being surrounded by natural beauty while practicing mediation & yoga was incredible! Holly couldn't have been more kind and such a pleasure to spend time with. Thank you!

A beautiful experience. Holli was very kind and friendly. The hiking views were beautiful. My favorite experience was coming down to a lake and enjoying the serene silence of being in nature. Of course, the yoga workout was fun and very well led. Will certainly book with Holli again.
