We will start with a small tour through the organic garden of our farm, it will be briefly explained about the characteristic products of Costa Rica and Latin America in general. Subsequently, You are going to learn to prepare classic dishes from Mexico, Colombia and Costa Rica, with innovative techniques A feedback talk will be held about the experience.
I currently work as head chef at Britt Café & Bakery Juan Santamaría Airport. I studied a Bachelor in Gastronomy, I graduated in 2015 and I did my professional practice in Spain. I am a Costa Rican by birth but my father is Mexican and my mother is Colombian, so I am passionate about the cuisine of these 3 countries and I would like to provide a tasting menu that is an experience about Latin American cuisine. Currently I am also studying a degree in administration of lodging and gastronomic companies.
