Hatha Yoga Flow
Focusing on the physical exercises and breathing control.
Release your stress of the day with some yoga asana ( postures) which will help you to correct a bad posture and release tiredness.

Yin Yoga
Easy slow-paced style asanas, postures are held for longer periods of time.
For beginners is a great chance to get into yoga.
Focusing on Balancing asanas

Vayu Sadhana
the wind meditation and slow movement discipline. Awaken the whole senses of the body, move and breathe with the feeling and power of the wind element.

All Classes start with an introduction of Pranayama (breathing experience) and gentle opening to Meditation guided.

A fusion of traditional Hatha yoga practice that includes Asanas on the swing to develop a better strength and balance working with the help of gravity system.
Focusing in being aware and developing the knowledge in how to bring balance within us and peace to the mind and body.

I have started practicing yoga, over 18 years ago.
I began practicing Ashtanga in the UK then moved to California, and practiced the Vinyasa with an Hawaiian teacher.
Few years later in Thailand, I was able to practice Yin Yoga, later on focusing on the traditional yoga, based on meditation and breathing (Pranayama).
A further moving to Mexico led me to the practice of Kundalini yoga with its mantra, chants for meditation and its physical flow with movements.
In Vietnam, I achieved my 1st Teacher Training Certification of 200 hrs, specialized in the style of Hatha yoga.
Recently in a trip to India I specialized with further training of Hatha yoga (200hrs) and Vayu Sadhana, the wind meditation and slow movement discipline.
Back in Thailand in 2019 to participate to Aerial Yoga training (50hrs).
I have started practicing yoga, over 18 years ago.

We will practice alternatively at the beautiful Parque de Santa Catarina, overlooking the Ocean, great location and easy to reach; Meeting point 5 minutes earlier, is in front of the main Gate entrance on Avenida do Infante.

Silvia is an amazing yoga instructor. She is attentive, sweet and knowledgeable. The location offers a beautiful view of the harbour, city and mountains. We really enjoyed the yoga as a gorgeous start to the day. We left feeling serene.

Silvia is a very kind person and a great teacher that will adjust to your level. She provides a mat and the parc in Funchal is really beautiful. Make sure you check where the lesson takes place because there are two locations! I wasn't that clever and Silvia - lucky me- rearranged the lesson. Thank you so much for that!!

Silvia is a really experienced yoga instructor. Me and my friend tried yoga for the first time and we enjoyed the session a lot, it won’t be our last one that’s for sure! Silvia was aware of our individual needs and adjusted the course to our level. Another plus was the beautiful spot, in a lovely park with an ocean view. We definitely recommend! Very good yoga class. Silvia was very attentive and corrected the postures. The class was even private one because I was only one but Sylvia did not cancel and I got wonderful class one to one. The place is nice and I was very well after!
