I'm Aya. I was born and raised in Sapporo. My great-grandfather and great-grandmother moved to Hokkaido as pioneer farmers. My grandparents taught me about rural farming in Hokkaido, the history of pioneering, Hokkaido Ainu, and World War II. I studied at Hokkaido University as a university student. I worked in various cities in Japan, Tokyo, Osaka, Ehime, and Nagano. I have also stayed in London or Hawaii one month so I can compare hometowns with other cities. I am currently working as a university researcher. My major is human resource management. Let's talk about Hokkaido and food with me while prepare making lunch. I am good at cooking on hot plates. Make yakisoba or barbecue with Hokkaido food.
