you will be debriefed during what to do and what not to do during a session, after which you will be strapped in and jump into the session with instructions on certain poses and movements. This is a great class for anyone but especially those with bad knees, ankles or hips as the bungee simulates being in a swimming pool, to help decrease your joints wear and tear, most importantly have fun burning calories and sweating!
We will conduct our class in the main yoga studio which is where our floating yoga and all other yoga-related activities takes place. there is only 5 slots and our classes are usually booked with a waitlist, so if you see an empty date just opened up, hurrrrryyyyy :)
