I am a certified STOTT Pilates instructor and I have been teaching fitness in different venues since 2010. I am passionate about helping people to train for a fit and active lifestyle. When I learned first Pilates, I learned how to love my body. It changed my relationship with myself so that I could truly embrace #selflove. Before Pilates, I probably would have described my body as the thing I needed to overcome in order to get my #bestlife. Now I understand that it is my temple, my home, and if I treat it well, it will work with me instead of against me. Now I am proud to be teaching Pilates to other and helping them to discover their own strength.

We will meet in our downtown DC studio, Jordin’s Paradise or we can meet in a local DC outdoor recreation space (i.e. Rock Creek Park)
