MEALSURFING is an innovative idea that was born as an alternative to the typical restaurant. It is a new gourmet stile, in which diners look for a unique experience. In MEALSURFING you will have the opportunity to go to your hosts private home where you will try traditional, local cuisine, as well as learn how to make some delicious local dishes. It means one thing: "your are a curious traveler and a food lover". "Nobody wants to be a tourist, everybody wants to be a traveler" and the real traveler avoids conventional plans and restaurants that appear in all the guides, to try to live like locals and eat like them. THE MENU : Starters: olives tasting oils with sourdough bread Shriwps Anchovies with avocado toast Cod fried First course: Rice soup with clams and prawns. Main course: Cod with tomato and basil Dessert: Poleas (typical Andalusian dessert) Cafe, tea, spirits. Each dish will be paired with a different wine from the region. (If other beverages, such as beer, soda or water are preferred, they will be available instead of wine). I can share my menu at the end of the dinner, so you can make my dishes at home too. My name is María Miguel and I am a Sevillian, in love with my city and its gastronomy. Sometime ago I decided to open the doors of my house and create social relationships around the dining table. My goal is to open my house to all the people who travel to Seville from anywhere in the world and give them the opportunity through a dinner to have the experience of knowing each other, making new friends and enjoying the authentic Andalusian cuisine, while I guide you on all the cultural and gastronomic sites that you can and should visit in the days you spend here, in this wonderful city, Seville.
