We'll begin with a five-minute meditation and Reiki session to open the chakras. Next, we'll have a 60-minute yoga session followed by a five-minute closing of the chakras. We'll cool down with a healthy Juices before starting next part of the experience–the Ayurvedic workshop. When we're settled, I'll explain the science of Ayurveda.
