Relax in the charming home in a great location w/everything you need at your fingerprints. Spacious living room w/smart TV, fast internet & a day bed & pullout loveseat. Situated near shops & restaurants. 10 mins from UB. Mins away from I-90/290 Thruways. 15 mins to downtown, 22 min to Niagara Falls. Prepare meals in an inviting kitchen w/coffee & the cookware necessary to accommodate your needs. Both bdrms have queen size mattresses. No parties, events, pets or hosting other people are allowed.

Charming Neighborhood Retreat

This suite is the entire second floor of our home. Three bedrooms, one has an adjoining door to a larger room, box car style. Private, full bath plus 1/2 bath, kitchenette - microwave, small refrigerator. Main entrance is shared with owners (classical musicians) who live downstairs. Within walking distance: restaurants, bakeries, and 10 minutes from UB campuses and airport. Quiet neighborhood, sorry no parties. We do charge $10 per additional person so we can keep our cleaning fees lower!

Cozy in-law studio apt. in the country

This charming studio was an in-law apartment. The Queen size bed and the futon couch can hold up to 4 guests. The kitchen is stocked with some basics. The bathroom has a large shower stall with grab bar and detachable shower head (no tub). A deck is accessible from sliding doors. Ideal for long term guests, a weekend getaway or a family with children. We are 35 minutes from Niagara Falls & Buffalo, 15 minutes from UB North Campus and 10 miles from the Erie Canal.

Lovely 2 Bedroom Apartment attached to Main House

This apartment is located twelve miles south of Niagara Falls and twelve miles north of Buffalo. It’s a block away from the Niagara River and a ten minute walk to the Erie Canal. There is biking, kayaking, and great restaurants minutes away. Enjoy a local state park with a beach and beautiful boardwalk a short ride away. So if you want to see the falls, visit Buffalo or take a bike ride along the Niagara River this is the place to be.
