Includes continental breakfast, 2 large-screen TVs. Unit on the ground floor of a 3 story home. Owners on property. Train station about a mile away (NYC: 70 minutes). Easy walk to Fairfield University.

Carriage House at 26 Pearl Street

There are 2 seperate suites for rent. These are not connected but both open up to a large, private terrace surrounded by gardens. Relax and enjoy the charms of downtown Mystic. Located on the historic property of Captain William Morgan, an 18th century sea captain, this private Carriage House is situated just a 1/4 block from downtown, in the heart of Mystic, but also quiet & secluded. The larger suite sleeps 3 with a king bed and smaller full size futon. The smaller suite has a king bed.

Luxurious country guest house

Welcome to this peaceful guest house in the country just two hours from NYC or Boston. Cook in, dine out, hike, go to the beaches, watch the sunset on the CT River, sit by the fire pit in the alpaca field or the adirondack chairs in the orchard, go for a bike ride through the hills of Lyme and across the river to Chester via the ferry... Lovely private 1 bedroom apartment with shared entry. Located in bucolic Lyme Ct. which has nearby beaches, tourist attractions, nature parks, small town living, hiking etc. Sparkling clean! Fully equipped kitchen, dining and living spaces incl laundry. Enjoy the outdoor sitting area with sounds of nature and wildlife. Comfortable furnishings, include a sleeper sofa for an extra guest or 2! Private and peaceful yet close to shopping, dining, area attractions and nature pursuits.

"The Parsonage" 1 or 2 Bdrm Suite with full bath

A completely renovated farmhouse ( formally a parsonage) built in 1900. Beautifully landscaped gardens and sitting areas located in the backyard. Backyard amenities include a patio, fire pit, hammock and picnic table. Check in through front door ( shared by owner) to stairs leading to second floor to guest quarters, which include a Master BR, living room/dry kitchenette with mini fridge and large full bath. A 2nd bedroom is available at an additional cost of $30.00 per guest,per night.

1900 sqFT 8 Room Antique Washington retreat & Hike

Take it easy at this tranquil getaway. Built in 1850, house has the antique charm Washington is known for. This is my only listing and I will make sure you have a geat stay. Just read the reviews! I will be able to help you with whatever you may need, including suggestions for sightseeing/dining/etc. I like to treat my guest as if they are friends coming to town to visit. I will be living right across to the location and very accessible with any questions or suggestions you might need.

Waterfront getaway w/ indoor hot tub and fire pit!

Hello and welcome to the Moss Island Bed & Breakfast. We are a waterfront B&B located on a peaceful State Park Reserve. The B&B offers water views from almost every room and is picturesque during all 4 seasons. It is the perfect place to relax, rejoice and reconnect. Here guests can soak in the indoor hot tub, roast smore’s by the fire, enjoy a glass of wine by the water, go for a kayak ride, hike a nearby nature trail, explore the private island, take a nap on the hammock, etc...

Historic Mansion, Gardens & Meadow

This is a historic Italianate 1841 Mansion - original 9 foot ceilings, native white oak flooring throughout. The mansion and surrounding 4 acres of gardens, lawns, meadow and picnic area are a beautiful quiet place to relax by yourself or to plan with us your events or group gatherings. The 4th bedroom on the 1st floor is available only for groups larger than 6 people. Guest quarters are located in the main part of the house. My wife and I live in a separate part of the house.

Maritime Neighborhood Family/Pet Friendly

Quaint historic neighborhood, family and pet friendly. We do charge $20 fee for pet guests. We are located 1.5 blocks to Quinnipiac River canoe launch, walk to park/ dog walking areas. The original house was built around 1840 and gives off an urban farm/green space vibe. New floors in bedroom/dining area and bathroom provide modern luxury. Windows on the east, south and west walls let in plenty of light. Minutes to I-95, I-91, and Union Station. We charge $20 pet fee!

The home is circa 1700s and is a registered Historic Property. It previously operated as a Bed & Breakfast for over 25 years. Private entry, private outdoor sitting area for morning coffee overlooking the Historic Tolland Green. Convenient to I-84 and UCONN. Great location for Brimfield, Old Sturbridge Village, and Hartford.
