This is a private stand alone bungalow in a quiet residential neighborhood. Interior completely remodeled in March 2019. An easy walk to the areas best Health Food Market. 1.3 miles to Lake Coeur d'alene and DOWNTOWN Sherman Avenue restaurant/shopping district. There is a full kitchen , a large shower in the bathroom. You will be sleeping on a queen size memory foam bed. PLEASE NOTE THE LOCATION IS MIDTOWN NOT DOWNTOWN. This is a 100% pet free rental.

You have the entire home, front yard, fenced back yard, fenced courtyard with big mature shading maple and cherry trees. We just added a new gas fire place for maximum comfort .
