Cette authentique maison en pierre de taille a été entièrement rénovée pour offrir tout le confort moderne. Décorée avec goût, elle n'a rien perdu de son charme d'antan. Située au cœur de la cité médiévale de Saint-Émilion, l'un des plus célèbres villages viticoles de France, la maison permet de rejoindre facilement les nombreux monuments historiques classés de la commune, mais également de partir à la découverte des magnifiques paysages des alentours. Belle maison de type loft 180 m2. Vous trouverez au rez de chaussez une cuisine entièrement équipée (four, micro ondes, machine à laver, sèche linge), coin repas, la salle d'eau (douche à l'italienne,wc) ainsi qu'un espace détente avec cheminée et jacuzzi (4 personnes max). A l'étage, vous profiterez du Sauna, d'un premier lit en 140 avec un coin eau+wc, d'une chambre avec lit en 160 ainsi qu'un salon avec tv. A l'extérieur : terrasse, et piscine chauffée (mai /oct) Coin barbecue avec plancha.

BEAUTIFUL 1 BEDROOM FLAT HEART OF THE OLD TOWN

You are welcome in my beautiful 1 bedroom flat typically "Bordeaux style" with its limestone wall and its extravagant marble fireplace. Full of character, very clean, comfortable and light, it has the best location in the most charming part of the old city-center. Easy access by foot to all places in the city center. The apartment is on the 1st floor (without lift) of a 19th century building. There is a PUBLIC CAR PARK (NOT FREE) called "Camille Julian" at 20 m away from the building.

Maison au cœur des vignes et à 2,5 km du village de Saint-Emilion. Environnement calme. Trois chambres dont deux modulables (2 x 90 ou 1 x 180). Il peut donc loger un couple avec quatre enfants ou trois couples maximum. Draps fournis et lits faits. Salle de bain et toilettes séparées. Cuisine indépendante et entièrement équipée. Aire de pétanque et molkki pour jouer en famille ; jardin de 500 m². Le gîte ( 110m2) est une ancienne maison de vigneron entièrement rénovée en 2018.

Au bord d'un étang privé pêchable. Grande cabane perchée en bois brut. Lumineuse, spacieuse, élégante, unique. Magnifique terrasse dans les arbres dominant la vallée de la Dronne. Entièrement adaptée pour personnes à mobilité réduite. Très calme. Parfait pour se détendre, marcher en forêt et découvrir le terroir. In the center of Bordeaux this nice 2 rooms of 46m2 welcomes you in very comfortable level. The decor is neat, quality amenities, queen size bed (160x200) with comfortable mattresses. The large balcony with a beautiful view of the place Gambetta and the rue du Palais Gallien will allow you to lunch in the sun. Very close to Place Gambetta (pole exchange transport) you will be 5mn of the tram and bus B # 1 (direct airport / station) check in 2:00-7:00pm. No late check in

Superb duplex apartment in the historical centre

Located in the middle of Bordeaux, in a very nice classified 18th building, nice flat of 50m2 renovated. Ancient benefits. 3rd and top floor without lift. Flat very close to "la Place de la Bourse", "le Grand Théâtre", "le Miroir d'eau" and of many other strategical places of the city. . Shops, restaurants, bars around. The renting includes the provision of sheets and towels of toilet and household. Wifi competitive and limitless.

À deux pas de la gare ( ligne Paris -Bordeaux )et des commerces. Charmant 3 pièces confortable en duplex. Idéal pour couple avec deux enfants +un bébé Train station at walking distance. Charming duplex, 3 rooms. Ideal for a couple with 1 or 2 childrens. Exceptionnellement , pour une nuit et selon les dates je peux ajouter au logement des chambres supplémentaires pour 20€ .chambres communicantes avec le logement initial
