Mountain View Cottage...newly renovated

This is a very cute cottage style home with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. You are very close to marinas and public access boat docks, within 5 minutes, as well as ATV trails. You can drive your ATV's directly to the trail accesses without taking the trailer. Minutes to Tackett Creek as well as other access points. We are within 5 miles of a brand new public boat launch with extensive parking as well as close to Powell Valley Resort 5 miles, Springs Dock 6.3 miles and Sugar Hollow 11 miles.

Quiet Retreat Near Norris Lake, NON-SMOKERS ONLY!

This is a well appointed delightful, completely and comfortably furnished SMOKEFREE 2 bedroom, one bath apartment located on the ground floor of our house. The surroundings include over an acre of thickly wooded area with ample parking for both cars and boats. About one half mile down the road is the very upscale Twin Cove marina (one of the nicest on Norris Lake) which includes a boat launching ramp and a huge floating restaurant and bar. Knoxville is 30 mi away. Dollywood just over an hr.

The Ambleside Cottage offers full privacy for a single or a couple looking for a serene getaway surrounded by the beauty of the Appalachian mountains. This magical cabin is conveniently located for travelers, yet Ambleside feel like a remote retreat nestled in the woods above Elk Fork Creek. The Cottage is an adorable tiny house, offering 500 square feet of living space with a kitchenette, a sitting area, and a bathroom with a shower. The queen-size bed is upstairs in the sleeping loft.

Come enjoy exploring and relaxing in the middle of 17.5 wooded acres in our authentic log cabin. Boat slips available for nightly rental at nearby marina. Hop on the adjoining bike/walking trails for miles of fun. Take the trail down to the shores of beautiful Norris Lake. A great boat launch is only a couple minutes away. Funky Farmhouse [Fenced in yard w/cows] 4 Marinas!

Come and get the full farm experience! Nestled on a hill overlooking our family Farm and 30 head of cattle the views and county scenery wont disappoint and with a full fenced in yard the whole family including pets and children can play more safely. The Funky Farmhouse originally built in the 1960s by my Great Grandfather has gotten a complete renovation including city water and a brand new kitchen with lots of appliances. Located minutes from Marinas and trailheads = more time for fun!

Vintage 1945 Guesthouse w/Fireplace & Private Ent.

Enjoy your stay at our 1945 guesthouse which was just renovated while keeping its vintage charm. Updates include brand new flooring, appliances, and completely new bathroom. Featuring a spacious library/living area with an exposed-brick gas fireplace, full snack and coffee bar w/Keurig, minifridge, microwave, board games, and a 55" Roku TV. All mattresses are foam for extra comfort. The attached guesthouse has its own entrance w/keyless lock and 3 parking spaces.

Historic year-round cabin along lakeshore w/dock

The lake home was built in the early 1930's to house the engineers constructing the entire TVA (Tennessee Valley Authority) system that created dams and hydro-electric power throughout the region. It also provided jobs that helped with employment during the Great Depression. A wonderful addition we made recently was a dock, which remains in the water from sometime in March until late October. Please note this is an old, quaint home. It has its quirks.

Updated Apt in Country - ATV Trls & Norris Lake

Located just a few miles off the main hwy you will find this quiet little hidden gem. The apartment has been newly renovated and includes two bdrms and 1 bath with washer/dryer and full eat-in kitchen. Conveniently located near ATV riding, Norris Lake, hiking and less than an hour from Knoxville, 20 min from restaurants and Super Walmart in Lafollette and only 30-40 min from LMU (Lincoln Memorial University) in Harrogate and Middlesboro.

Mountian Side Home

The home backs the Appalachia Trail Mountain Range. There is county authorized, public road access for ATVs (All Terrain Vehicles) to the Wind Rock ATV Park and the City of Rocky Top, TN. (windrockpark.com) The home is close to the interstate. Norris Dam, Norris Lake access and Norris Dam State park are less than a 10 minute drive. Many other local attractions. This is a nice, private getaway.

Newly remodeled home,close proximity to ATV trails

This is a newly remodeled, two bedroom home that is centrally located between several ATV trails. We are within one mile of Interstate 75, approx 15 minutes from Norris Lake, and most importantly, you can ride your ATV from our driveway straight to the trails. We offer plenty of parking for up to three trucks and trailer. Lots of food options close by!
