The Red Door Cottage

This 2 bedroom cozy cottage is located in Los Fresnos,TX. It's perfect for individuals,couples and small families. It can comfortably accommodate 4 ppl. We are conveniently located between South Padre Island,Brownsville,Harlingen and to all four international bridge crossings from Los Indios to Brownsville.For the enjoyment of all birdwatchers we are located in the middle of 3 major wildlife refugees. One being Laguna Atascosa National Wildlife Refuge. We're also 6miles away from windmill farm.

Private Lake-side Cottage for Family fun

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Located in Bayview, Tx, a small rural town, centrally located next to the Laguna Atascosa about 20 mins from South Padre Island and about 25 mins from Brownsville. Close enough to tourist attractions but far enough to feel the constant fresh air rolling off the tree line across the resaca and to see the full starry night unobstructed by the city lights. Enjoy our RGV bird specialties such as Green Jays, Altamira Oriole, and others.

Waterfront 1BR 2 beds LIV | fish & dolphin watch!

Watch for dolphins, fish from the deck, or just relax in this 1 bedroom 1 bath cottage with sofa sleeper that can accommodate four people. With beautiful views of the inter-coastal and right next to the boat-ramp of Long Island Village, it is perfect for a fishing getaway. Grill outside while you fish from your own private dock or if you have a fishing boat, you can be on the Laguna Madre bay within minutes. Fish cleaning station on site. There is a $90 fee paid to LIV for security & amenities.

Tiki No. 1 - Fishing Cabin

Small cottage with shared fishing dock. There are three cottages on this slim parcel of land. All three share the fishing dock. This cottage is furtherest from the water however is a two minute walk past the other two cabins to get down to dock. Free on-site parking. Has wi-fi, kitchen, one bedroom, two beds (both queens), and two full baths. Has bbq pit so bring your cookout kit and wood. Super peaceful and great place to just get away. Perfect for a small family looking to make memories.

Nestled in the channels of Long Island Village, this beautiful waterfront cottage awaits. Accommodating guests is effortless in this spacious property with a kitchen made for entertaining, 3 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms., plus two sofa beds. Bedrooms have a television capable of streaming. This property comes with a boat lift and a private dock to fish from. You will have the entire top unit and deck to yourselves. The bottom unit is not for rent so you will be by yourself on the property.

Arroyo City Cottage Fishing and Relax

150 ft. of fishing pier walkway plenty of room Water frontage and sits on over an acre of privacy. Features a 3 bedroom, 1 bath cottage accommodates 6 occupants comfortably. There is 1 queen size bed and twin sized bunk beds in the adjacent room 1 sofa sleeper. Includes a dining table with seating for 4 and a kitchenette with a full sized stove/oven and refrigerator. Pot, pans, dinnerware are stocked in cabinet for your fresh catch of the day dinner plans. Don’t forget your fishing rods.

Waterfront extended park home

One bedroom, one bath with extended Island room. This well decorated unit also includes a sofa sleeper for 2. Fully furnished; The solar screened in porch overlooking the Long Island Village channel allows you sit outside without the worry of mosquitos. Enjoy all the amenities LIV has to offer! Golf course, tennis courts, outdoor and indoor heated pool! LIV does have a one time resort fee of $90 dollars that covers parking passes and access to all amenities that is payed at the front office.

An entire home in the Long Island Village resort community. Great views of the wetlands with sunset over the channel from the decks. Both SpaceX facilities can also be seen from all decks. Just a short drive to South Padre Island beaches, food and attractions. Has 3 beds and an air mattress, giving options for the whole group to enjoy. Spacious living room/kitchen open layout for entertaining. Equipped kitchen and grill along with great local restaurants provides many dining options.

Philoxenia - Birding Paradise

This is a cozy and quiet cottage located 5 miles (8.05 km) from Harlingen's Downtown main street, Jackson. The cottage is on 10 acres of birding paradise. Expect to see and hear, hummingbirds, green jays, parrots, doves, tropical parulas, sparrows, kiskadees, Altamira orioles, as well as squirrels, rabbits, and other small critters. You have a small deck for 2, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or tea, or enjoy the sunset. You can expect a very comfortable bed and surroundings.

Smoke free cottage on a resaca featuring 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. This home is fully equipped with private parking on 4.5 acres of land to watch migrating birds or relax on the furnished porch for your enjoyment. With a variety of southern trees surrounding the property, the shaded areas provide the perfect resting place for birds. The cottage is in a prime location- it is close to the Port so the drive to the beach is very convenient/easy, it’s also close to the airport and spacex.

Cozy cottage to enjoy sunny days and warm winters

Relax at this peaceful home. This beautiful space is located in Los Fresnos , Texas in a 55 and over gated community inside Palmdale RV Park. Other amenities available in the park grounds are heated pool, jacuzzi and guest house. We’re are about 20 minutes from South Padre Island beaches and restaurants less than 10 minutes from historic Brownsville and its shops, restaurants, and historic sites. We’ve got golf courses within a 10 minute drive from our location.

Cozy rental home located in Brownsville Historic District. Built in the early 1900's and remodeled recently.
