"A recently refurbished self-contained annex in the midst of beautiful Oxfordshire countryside. Close to the Chilterns, the pretty market towns of Thame and Watlington and just 20 minutes drive from Oxford. There are excellent walks and numerous pubs and restaurants with delicious food and warm fires. The property is a separate annex from the main house and is perfect for a relaxing break. It has a sitting area and kitchen, a bedroom with beautiful views, a superking bed and a modern bathroom.

A beautiful, calm and cosy space designed to feel like a home from home. Lovingly updated and modernised, whilst retaining original character and features to create a unique guest experience. Uber-clean and free from clutter, everything looks & feels fresh for each stay. The kitchen, carpets, paintwork, doors, windows and VELUX roof-lights have been replaced or updated recently. Located with a parking space in a secure, gated courtyard just moments from the town centre of Princes Risborough.

Chiltern Barn is a 230 year old converted hay barn in Wheeler End in Buckinghamshire - half way between London and Oxford, close to Marlow and Henley-on-Thames with easy access to the M40. Wheeler End is a small village in The Chilterns built around a large common. There is a friendly local pub, The Chequers and Lane End, less than mile away has local amenities, including a well stocked Londis, a newsagents, excellent farm shop, gastro-pub, Indian and Chinese takeaways, hair dressers etc.

The Annex is a delightful, warm, quiet and comfortable dwelling built within the garden of our village home and adjacent to our garage. Towersey is one mile from the market town of Thame, and has an excellent village pub plus access to the Phoenix Trail cycle & footpath. Quiet beautiful village

Independent private unit with private facility next to main house. I will be available if wanted. Very small, especially for two but manageable, hence the price, ( I try to keep the price as long as I can ), but very pretty, very comfortable bed for two, and good Wifi and good shower, a big fridge in the garage for your foods, beer or wine. You will not see me unless you want to!!!?. It is not a luxurious cottage. The Crown and Inn at Emmington there.

A unit on its own, away from the main residence, this is a modern, comfortable annexe built in 2017 with a high-end finish. Ideal for people working in the area, short stops or longer stays. The Barn is a self-contained recently converted space in the heart of the Chilterns. It is close to the riverside towns of Henley-on-Thames and Marlow and the surrounding Chiltern countryside. Red Kite Barn in a secluded valley close to Marlow

Red Kite Barn is situated in a lovely secluded valley (AONB), a 5 minute drive (25min walk) into Marlow, with its coffee shops, riverside walks and Michelin star dining. We are perfectly located for cycling or walking in the beautiful Chilterns and a short drive from Henley and Windsor. Heathrow is half an hour and fast trains go into London from Maidenhead. Red Kites, squirrels, foxes and deer are regular visitors to the garden.
