Garden Cottage, Cosy, Clean, Short drive to beach

Garden Cottage sleeps two people, and has been lovingly renovated and finished into a self contained, detached and beautifully presented private cottage nestled in the garden of Emily and Aaron’s home. Located in a residential area of the Georgian town of North Walsham, the cottage is ideally situated for accessing the vibrant city of Norwich, the beauty of the Norfolk Broads and the breathtaking North Norfolk coast line. Only a 3 minute walk to the train station, and good amenities close by.

THE BARN ANNEXE: COUNTRYSIDE YET CLOSE TO BEACHES.

The Annexe is situated just off the road down a country track in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is a newly renovated space within our barn conversion. It is located in a rural part of North Norfolk and although surrounded by countryside, it is also only a short distance to many beautiful beaches, making it the perfect escape. The village centre has a bus stop and a welcoming pub, both are within walking distance (a tranquil 15-20 minute walk). There are also train links nearby too.

Rural Norfolk Chapel Retreat

Close to Cromer and its lovely beach, historic market town of Aylsham, National Trust Blickling and Felbrigg (15 mins). A newly renovated 19th Century Wesleyan Chapel with beautiful views over common land, currently full of orchids and flag irises. Daily we see a barn owl, wood peckers, kestrels, and a range of small birds. This is a beautiful area for walking and cycling. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). Wifi installed but slow.

Secluded Eco Lodge nestled in a rewilding meadow

Secluded Sunhouse situated at the bottom of a large 2 acre garden. The house is surrounded by a conservation area and there are beautiful walks to the coast from the doorstep. Yet it is only 1/4 mile from a train station & Suffield Arms. The Sunhouse: open plan self contained living space, which comprises of a kitchen diner & Lounge / sleeping area, with a wood burner. There is a bathroom with shower. Depending on the time of year you visit it will be in different stages of growth and bloom.

The Woodlands is a self contained annexe attached to our converted Coach House . It is designer furnished and set in a beautiful woodland setting - most guests say the photos don't capture the magic of the place . Although in a secluded spot it is convenient for the Norfolk coast , The Broads and the fine City of Norwich. Our guests come for peace and quiet with easy access to great pubs ,beaches and walks with the unique North Norfolk character.Stroll our grounds to meet the friendly Alpaca.

Homefield Barn Annexe - 2 miles from the sea

Stunning appartment as part of barn conversion in quiet, rural location, just 2 miles from the sea with a village pub within easy walking distance. Very comfortably furnished with under-floor heating, large shower, kitchen/living room, free wifi & off-road parking. Lovely countryside walks and cycle routes on our doorstep and 2 awarding winning pubs/restaurants less than 3.5 miles away. Unfortunately, the accommodation is not suitable for children or babies and we do not accept pets.

The Swallow's Nest, relaxing country retreat

Nestled in the beautiful Norfolk countryside our holiday let is designed for 2 adults (sorry no children (over 2yrs old) or pets, but we can provide a cot/highchair for a baby). Perfectly situated to explore the coast, The Broads, Norwich & everything in-between. Beautifully stylish and comfortable with all the facilities you could need for a luxurious break away. Our newly converted barn has it's own entrance and privacy in our peaceful rural setting with beautiful countryside views

Diggens Farm Annexe

The Annexe at Diggens Farmhouse is a newly renovated space with fully fitted kitchen, modern bathroom and comfortable double bedroom. There is private parking and we offer a welcome pack of bread, butter and milk plus tea and coffee making facilities and WIFI. Aylsham is midway between Norwich and Cromer and 10 miles from the Broads and close to Blickling Hall. We are 10 minutes walk from Aylsham Town Centre and 5 minutes from M&S Simply Food. 2 night minimum stay at weekends.

It has been recently renovated and has a private courtyard entrance, kitchen/dining area, bathroom, living area, one double bedroom, a spacious private garden, and off street parking. It lies in the North Norfolk Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is only a short distance from the sea, with a friendly local pub and church all within a few minutes walk.

Converted workshop in North Norfolk. Furnished with interesting vintage pieces the spaces are light and airy. A continental breakfast is also included. Tucked in the middle of the countryside but Sandy Beaches are a short drive away. Stroll up a quiet country lane (1.7 miles) to the gorgeous Suffield Arms or drive (2.2 miles) to the renowned Gunton Arms Surrounded by fields, trees, and wildlife, enjoy lovely local walks or relax in the pretty private courtyard.

Poppy Gig House

A countryside retreat, Poppy Gig House was fully renovated in 2016 to the highest standards while still retaining lots of original charm and character. Set in Meeting Hill a Hamlet of the historical village of Worstead. Located just a short drive to the North Norfolk coast and Norfolk Broads. It is in an excellent position for walking or cycling with direct access to a network of footpaths and the popular long distance footpath of Weavers Way.
